getwowlink is operated by Egor Sharapov, an individual developer based in the United Arab Emirates, who is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected].
02What we collect and why
- Email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account
- Name and profile picture, if you sign in with Google
- The domains you add and the public content of their pages (titles, descriptions, images), to design and fill your previews
- A screenshot, logo, colors and fonts of your site, to match your brand
- Your designs, the images you upload or generate, and your requests to the AI assistant
- Your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we never see your card details
- Which platforms (for example X or Facebook) fetch your images and when, to show you analytics. We don’t collect data about the people who view or share your links
- Your IP address when you claim the free preview, to prevent abuse
- How our website is used (pages visited, clicks), through PostHog analytics, to improve getwowlink
03How AI is used
To design your previews, the content and screenshot of your pages and your requests are sent to Anthropic (Claude). Images you ask to generate are created with Google (Gemini). They process this data to return results to us, under their API terms.
04Where data goes
We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that run getwowlink for us:
- Supabase — database and sign-in
- Cloudflare — image storage (R2), image delivery and DNS
- DigitalOcean — our application servers
- Vercel — hosting of the website
- Anthropic and Google — AI design and image generation; Google also for “Sign in with Google”
- Paddle — payments, invoices and taxes
- PostHog — website analytics
- Google Fonts — fonts on our website
06How long we keep it
- Account, sites, designs and images — until you delete them or your account
- Published images — served until you delete them or your account, including after your plan ends
- Billing records — as long as tax and accounting rules require
- Website analytics — up to one year in PostHog
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights, including to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
08Children
getwowlink is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
09Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will email you about material changes before they take effect.
