01The Service
getwowlink creates Open Graph (link preview) images for websites. It reads the public pages of a site you add, designs preview images with AI, lets you edit them in the editor and serves them from img.getwowlink.com to the pages where you embed them.
02Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure and for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
03Plans and payments
Each new account can generate one free preview to try the Service. Editing, publishing and embedding require a paid plan. Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until you cancel. Their limits (websites, pages and AI actions) are listed on the pricing page.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle processes your payment and issues your invoice, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. We never see your card details.
Because images are generated at the moment of your request, payments are generally non-refundable. When a refund is possible and how to ask for one is explained in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Add websites you don’t own or aren’t authorized to manage
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to impersonate others
- Create or upload content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful or abusive
- Overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or copy the Service
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
05Your content
You keep ownership of your content: the text and images of your site, the images you upload, and the designs and images you create with getwowlink. You give us the permission we need to run the Service with it: to store, process (including with the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy), render and serve it.
You are responsible for having the rights to the logos, images and text used in your designs. AI-generated designs can contain mistakes or resemble existing work, so review them before you publish.
06When a plan ends
If your plan ends, the images you already published keep being served to your pages; editing and new generations are paused until you subscribe again. If you delete your account, your designs are removed and your images stop being served.
07Our service
The getwowlink name, brand, software and website belong to getwowlink and its licensors. These Terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the Service.
08Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, where it is stored and who processes it.
09Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your images served, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that social networks will show your previews in a particular way.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, getwowlink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11Changes
We may update these Terms. We will email you about material changes before they take effect.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
